Q: In response to lainwen's question, visitors can have access to quite a lot of the Bodleian through guided tours (Divinity School, Duke Humfrey's, possibly the Rad Cam), but you can't just wander around on your own. If you want to actually use the reading rooms and books, though, I think you'd have to make a special application, and I'm not sure how easy it is.
